The Requity Group is a vertically integrated real estate private equity investment company. Dylan Marma founded the company in 2020 with the purpose of creating reliable returns on long-term investments, managed by a team with a winning culture, backed by simple deal structures and transparent reporting. The Requity Group targets acquisitions primarily in the SouthEast, with in-place yield, and future prospects for appreciation. Each acquisition is managed by TRG Management, the subsidiary property management company of The Requity Group.
Corinne Fix
Marketing Coordinator
Corinne is a young marketing professional who has been working in the field for over three years. Her previous work experience has given her exposure to almost every area of digital marketing and graphic design. She grew up in upstate New York and gained heavy artistic exposure as a young adult, resulting in her deep interest in marketing and design. Corinne has been with The Requity Group for under a year and handles web design, social media, brand identity implementation for the properties we acquire, and analytical skills.
Troy Trecroce
Acquisitions
After serving 11 years on active duty as an Air Force Officer, Troy is following his passion for real estate investing into the industry full-time. He invests in apartments and manufactured housing communities both actively and passively. As an Air Force Contracting Officer, Troy has led multiple teams of military and civilian acquisition professionals and has developed a detailed-oriented, analytical skillset paired with a steady focus on higher-level objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate & Finance from Florida State University. Troy is driven by the core values instilled in him during his time in the military: integrity, service, and excellence in all pursuits.
Grethel Kauss
Community & Business Development Manager
Grethel Kauss is the Community and Business Development Manager for TRG Living, she is responsible for coordinating and keeping timelines on capital improvement projects, as well as developing processes and procedures for the continued growth of the company. She is currently the Regional Manager for TRG’s Tennessee region. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of South Florida and has more than 15 years of experience in the property management industry. She has worked for companies such as Maxx Properties, TGM Communities, and Camden Property Trust before joining TRG in 2021. She is a dynamic and experienced team member that adds value to TRG’s vision of becoming a leader in the multi-family / property management industry.
Luis Velez
Head of Investor Relations
Luis is in charge of Investor Relations for The Requity Group. He holds bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of South Florida. Soon after graduation, he embarked on a 6-year journey to China. As a result of the 2020 global pandemic, he decided to return to the United States, and that same year he purchased his first long-term rental. Since then, he has added two short-term rentals to his portfolio and discovered a passion for real estate. Luis's extensive experience in business and client relations is key to helping achieve The Requity Groups' vision of providing a world-class investor experience.
Angelo Meaderds
Controller | CFO
Angelo is The Requity Group’s Finance Director. In this role, he leads accounting and financial reporting operations for the corporate and portfolio entities. Angelo brings a deep fund accounting and management expertise, with over ten years of experience within the fund management industry. Most recently, he worked as a Controller for a sustainability driven investment firm which managed over $1 billion in assets.
Amanda Brown
Regional Manager
Amanda Brown is a Regional Manager for The Requity Group’s North Carolina region, where she brings over 2 years of experience in property and hospitality management. With her extensive knowledge and expertise in these fields, she has become an invaluable asset to the company. In this role, she oversees the management of multiple properties, ensuring that they are all operating efficiently and effectively. Her commitment to customer service has helped her build strong relationships with tenants and has contributed to the success of the properties under her management. Overall, Amanda Brown is a talented and dedicated professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as Regional Manager for The Requity Group’s North Carolina region.
Darell Smith
Development Manager
Darell comes from the physical side of Real Estate. He started in construction while still in high school helping his father in the family residential new construction and development business. After graduation a higher calling led Darell to enlist in the US Navy, where he spent 5 years performing avionics troubleshooting and repair on fighter jets. Fast forward to now and Darell has completed multiple flips, new construction projects, residential development deals, and is an equity partner in close to 1000 apartment and manufactured housing units across Texas, Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, and North Carolina. When not pursuing real estate deals, Darell enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids in the roping arena, or at a golf course close to his home in Stephenville, Texas.
Jen Ullrich
Chief Operations Officer
Jen Ullrich is the Chief Operations Officer at The Requity Group and TRG Living. She has been actively investing in real estate since 2015, starting off with her personal portfolio before moving on to participate in over $100M of commercial real estate, mainly RV Campgrounds and Manufactured Home Communities. Jen is a natural-born executor with a passion for operations. She spent 10 years as a certified meeting planner in the financial services industry before further pursuing her passion for real estate and leading operations at Jake & Gino LLC, a multifamily investment education platform.
Ryan Rivers
Regional Manager
Ryan has spent 18 years managing Resorts & RV Resorts/Campgrounds, as GM and in most recent years in a Regional Manager role. Prior to joining TRG Resorts, Ryan was the Regional Manager for Rjourney Camping Resorts where he directed portfolio operations for an 2000 site portfolio and managed staff up too 200+ employees and managed a budget of 20mm+. Ryan played an integral role in Rjourney's entrance into RV Resorts/Campgrounds and has led operations for over 20 property acquisitions in his career. Ryan previously held General Manager roles for Jellystone Parks, KOA and Adventure Bound Camping Resorts.

He has been investing full-time for the last 5 years and has been the lead sponsor of over $150m in transactions, including over 750 multifamily apartments and 2,000 lots of manufactured housing communities and RV campgrounds.
