These transactions encompass a diverse portfolio, including more than 750 multifamily apartments and 2,000 lots within manufactured housing communities and RV campgrounds. Dylan’s philosophy centers on the strategic selection of deals, the cultivation of exceptional talent, and the integration of technology-backed systems to ensure robust risk-adjusted returns in the real estate domain.

Jen Ullrich

Chief Operations Officer

In the capacity of Chief Operations Officer at The Requity Group and TRG Management, Jen Ullrich brings to bear a wealth of experience in real estate investment. Her journey commenced in 2015 with personal holdings before advancing to active participation in transactions exceeding $100 million in value primarily in RV Campgrounds and Manufactured Home Communities. Drawing from a decade of expertise as a certified meeting planner in the financial sector, Jen’s transition to real estate is a testament to her commitment to operational excellence.

Troy Trecroce

Acquisitions

Troy Trecroce brings a distinctive blend of experience as the Head of Acquisitions at The Requity Group. A former Air Force Officer with an 11-year tenure, Troy has transitioned his passion for real estate into a full-time pursuit. His active and passive investments in apartments and manufactured housing communities are complemented by his meticulous attention to detail and analytical prowess, honed during his service as an Air Force Contracting Officer. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate & Finance from Florida State University, Troy’s commitment is underpinned by his adherence to core military values of integrity, service, and excellence.

Luis Velez

Head of Investor Relations

Leading the domain of Investor Relations at The Requity Group is Luis Velez, whose academic background includes dual degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of South Florida. Following an international sojourn, running an international trade brokerage, Luis returned to the United States, pivoting his trajectory toward real estate investment in the wake of the 2020 global pandemic. Since then, he has progressively expanded his portfolio with both long-term and short-term rentals. Luis’s proficiencies in business and client relations play an integral role in fulfilling The Requity Group’s commitment to providing a distinguished investor experience.

Grethel Kauss

Community & Business Development Manager

Grethel Kauss serves as a Regional Manager for TRG Management, overseeing the Tennessee and Florida regions. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of South Florida and over 15 years of property management experience, Grethel drives the strategic vision and growth objectives within these regions. Her responsibilities include ensuring the efficient operation of each property, compliance with company and legal regulations, achievement of financial goals, and delivering a positive tenant experience.

Her extensive experience, gained from roles at renowned organizations such as Maxx Properties, TGM Communities, and Camden Property Trust, has honed her expertise, emphasizing her dynamic role within TRG since 2021. Grethel’s leadership and knowledge make her an invaluable asset to the team, contributing significantly to the ongoing success and expansion of TRG Management in the Tennessee and Florida markets.

Amanda Brown

Regional Manager

As Regional Manager for The Requity Group’s North Carolina operations, Amanda Brown epitomizes expertise within the realms of property and hospitality management. With a tenure spanning over two years, Amanda’s proficiency is instrumental in optimizing the operational efficiency of multiple properties under her purview. By fostering robust tenant relationships through her steadfast commitment to customer service, Amanda contributes significantly to the successes of the properties she oversees. Her steadfast dedication and extensive experience render her an invaluable asset to The Requity Group’s North Carolina endeavors.

Michelle Ramos

OverSeas Chief of Staff

Michelle Ramos holds the role of OS Chief of Staff at TRG, where she leads the overseas contact center team. With more than five years of experience in both Short Term and Long Term Property Management and Customer Service, Michelle plays a crucial role in enhancing TRG’s customer service experience. Her responsibilities include overseeing backend operations, actively contributing to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and streamlining processes for TRG.
