Marketing Coordinator
Corinne is the newest member to The Requity Group. She grew up in upstate New York and moved to Florida when she was 15. Right out of high school, she became a retail associate at a local theme park which set her up for all the soft skills needed in life, quickly climbing up the ladder of management there, she realized that she wanted something more than theme park life. This began her exploration into Marketing & Graphic Design, which she has been involved in since February of 2020. This is her first position working within the Commercial Real Estate sector, but we are all excited to see how she grows and learns within her new market.
Troy Trecroce
Acquisitions
After serving 11 years on active duty as an Air Force Officer, Troy is following his passion for real estate investing into the industry full-time. He invests in apartments and manufactured housing communities both actively and passively. As an Air Force Contracting Officer, Troy has led multiple teams of military and civilian acquisition professionals and has developed a detailed-oriented, analytical skillset paired with a steady focus on higher-level objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate & Finance from Florida State University. Troy is driven by the core values instilled in him during his time in the military: integrity, service, and excellence in all pursuits.
Grethel Kauss
Community & Business Development Manager
Grethel Kauss is the Community and Business Development Manager for TRG Living, she is responsible for coordinating and keeping timelines on capital improvement projects, as well as developing processes and procedures for the continued growth of the company. She is currently the Regional Manager for TRG’s Tennessee region. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of South Florida and has more than 15 years of experience in the property management industry. She has worked for companies such as Maxx Properties, TGM Communities, and Camden Property Trust before joining TRG in 2021. She is a dynamic and experienced team member that adds value to TRG’s vision of becoming a leader in the multi-family / property management industry.
Anna Wagner
Asset Manager
Anna Wagner brings over 13 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She holds a Certified Apartment Manager credential, CAM through the National Apartment Association. Over the course of her professional career, Anna oversaw operations and property management of nearly 1,100 apartment units totaling over $161 Million in assets. Anna believes in leading with compassion, providing the highest level of customer service and committed to investment goals through experience, knowledge, integrity and strong work ethics.
Angelo Meaderds
Controller
Angelo is The Requity Group’s Finance Director. In this role, he leads accounting and financial reporting operations for the corporate and portfolio entities. Angelo brings a deep fund accounting and management expertise, with over ten years of experience within the fund management industry. Most recently, he worked as a Controller for a sustainability driven investment firm which managed over $1 billion in assets.
Darell Smith
Development Manager
Darell comes from the physical side of Real Estate. He started in construction while still in high school helping his father in the family residential new construction and development business. He has performed and managed every aspect of construction from site prep to obtaining the certificate of occupancy. After graduation a higher calling led Darell to enlist in the US Navy, where he spent 5 years performing avionics troubleshooting and repair on fighter jets. Fast forward to now and Darell has completed multiple flips, new construction projects, residential development deals, and is an equity partner in close to 1000 apartment and manufactured housing units across Texas, Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, and North Carolina. When not pursuing real estate deals, Darell enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids in the roping arena, or at a golf course close to his home in Stephenville, Texas.
Jen Ullrich
Chief Operations Officer
Jen Ullrich is the Chief Operations Officer at The Requity Group and TRG Living. She has been actively investing in real estate since 2015, directly managing her personal portfolio as well as participating in $20M of sponsored apartment’s & MHC’s. Jen is a natural born executor with a passion for operations. She spent 10 years as a certified meeting planner in the financial services industry before further pursuing her passion for real estate and leading operations at Jake & Gino LLC, a multifamily investment education platform.
Principal
Dylan is the principal of The Requity Group, a vertically integrated real estate private equity company. He has been investing full time for the last 4 years and has been the lead sponsor of over $100m in transactions, including over 750 multifamily apartments and 1,200 lots of manufactured housing communities and RV campgrounds. Dylan is a firm believer that through careful deal selection, attracting exceptional people, and utilizing technology-backed systems you can ensure above-average risk-adjusted returns through real estate.
Andrew LaPick

Growing up in the Hudson Valley, I always tried to utilize my time to connect with friends and family. As I was getting my B.A. in Economics (SUNY Albany) I was enlisted in the New York Army National Guard.. My time in the military has taught me the importance of communication and leadership. I enjoyed taking action and implementing proper SOP's to my subordinates. This was an easy transaction to my career with F.W. Webb. which implied being a part of acquisitions, operational reporting, quality assurance, and sales for wholesale supplier. I moved down to Florida to start working on my passion, relationship building. Dylan Marma CCIM of The Requity Group, who's been a long-time friend, approached me with an opportunity to provide value to both the investors and the residents.

Each acquisition is managed by TRG Living, the subsidiary property management company of The Requity Group.
